The Department of Information Technology (DIT) will perform system maintenance activities on Saturday, September 13th from 6:00AM - 2:00PM that will impact production systems and services (review complete list of affected components and services below).
During this time, important operating system and application patches will be deployed to all servers to resolve known vulnerabilities, install bug fixes, and improve application and system performance.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Core Services (Content Manager, Intranet, File Server and shared folders, Printers/Scanners, OCR Scanning Website, File Transfer Portal, SAS Application), Internet Services (Wireless Network, Primary VPN Access, Secondary VPN Access), and Agency Websites (Collection Agency Inquiry Portal, SARANC Main Website, SARANC School Portal, SARANC Admin Website, K12 Provider Portal, Mail Room Printer Queue, Content Manager (CM) Reference Website, SEAA Loan Lookup, CFI Loan Lookup Website, Tableau Website).
