This maintenance period will be used to configure the wired network for integration with SEAA’s network access control (NAC) systems.

This brief maintenance window is being used to add a disaster recovery (DR) network that supports the iSeries/Galahad system.

Resolved - An equipment failure within our internet service provider’s network disrupted connectivity between the Poplarwood office and our Microsoft Azure datacenter from 12:25AM to 3:11AM on Sunday, April 26.

The disruption affected only internal users, and all external users and public‑facing systems continued operating normally.

Scheduled - SEAA’s antivirus application Cisco Secure Endpoint, which is used to secure Agency data and computers by blocking malicious code such as Trojans, malware, and ransomware, will be updated at 6 PM on Friday, April 24. This update will install new enhancements, resolve known bugs, and enhance security.

Scheduled - The Department of Information Technology (DIT) will perform system maintenance activities on Saturday, April 18, from 6:00AM - 6:00PM on the Production and Test environments of the Galahad system and hosted web services. This maintenance event includes a full system backup of all data, enabling us to restore the system in the event of a failure and to validate the restoration process through testing. During this time, the Galahad system and several web portals will be unavailable (review complete list of affected components and services below). Our temporary web servers will be in place during this time to display an ‘Unavailable’ message to users.
