Scheduled - Maintenance is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM on the SEAA wireless network. This maintenance event will consist of updating firmware to resolve known bugs, install performance enhancements, and patch security vulnerabilities. During this scheduled maintenance timeframe, the SEAA wireless network will be intermittently unavailable.

Scheduled - The Department of Information Technology will perform scheduled maintenance on Monday, September 21, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This work includes updates to the SEAA and Azure firewalls that protect and support SEAA's on‑premises and Azure‑hosted environments. No service disruptions are expected.

During this window, firmware updates will be applied to address known issues, enhance performance, and implement critical security improvements.

Scheduled - The Department of Information Technology (DIT) will perform system maintenance activities on Sunday, September 20, from 8:00AM - 5:00PM on the production environment of the Galahad system and hosted web services.

This maintenance involves an operating system upgrade to address known vulnerabilities, install applicable bug fixes, and improve overall application and system performance.

During this time, the Galahad system and several web portals will be unavailable (review complete list of affected components and services below). Our temporary web servers will be in place during this time to display an ‘Unavailable’ message to users.

This maintenance event is a full system save of data that provides us the ability to restore this system and data in the event of a system failure. This maintenance includes updating the Azure Cisco Secure Firewall Management Center (FMC), which is used to manage the SEAA and Azure firewalls that protect and support SEAA’s on‑premises and Azure‑hosted environments. No service disruptions are expected.

During this maintenance window, a firmware update will be applied to resolve known issues, improve performance, and implement critical security enhancements.

Email Server Maintenance

Scheduled - IT Operations will perform system maintenance activities tonight, Tuesday September 15th from 6:30PM - 8:30PM on the email server used for relaying email from several internal systems (iSeries, Content Navigator, SQL, FTS1, and a few others), to our Microsoft Office 365 environment. This maintenance event involves the installation of important vendor patches to the email server to resolve known vulnerabilities, bug fixes, and improve application and system performance. During this time, all email communications from internal systems to Office 365 will be queued for later delivery.

Employee email access will not be affected by this maintenance.
