Update - We have implemented a fix for the issue impacting remote access on the Primary VPN.
At this time, you can return to using your Primary VPN connection for normal access. Please do not use the Secondary VPN, while we work with our firewall vendor to recreate the issue and continue troubleshooting within the Secondary VPN environment.

Identified - We have identified the issue impacting remote users accessing internal resources and are currently working on a permanent resolution. In the meantime, if you experience connectivity or access issues, please use the Secondary VPN as a temporary workaround.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue impacting remote users accessing internal resources, including Galahad, the Intranet, and shared network folders/files (such as the S:\ drive).
Our team is actively working to identify the cause and restore full access as quickly as possible. We will provide another update as soon as more information is available.

The Department of Information Technology (DIT) will perform system maintenance activities on Saturday, June 20, from 6:00AM - 12:00PM on the Production and Test environments of the Galahad system and hosted web services. This maintenance event is a full system save of data that provides us the ability to restore this system and data in the event of a system failure. During this time, the Galahad system and several web portals will be unavailable (review complete list of affected components and services below). Our temporary web servers will be in place during this time to display an ‘Unavailable’ message to users.

DIT will perform web portal maintenance on Monday, June 8, from 5:30PM - 6:30PM to update certificates that enable encrypted connections between the web server and the internet browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) used by visitors. The current certificates used by these portals will expire in the coming weeks and need to be replaced.
During this time, the web portals (review complete list of affected components and services below) are expected to be available for use, but the possibility does exist that the web portals may be unavailable at times.
