MyPortal Website Maintenance Nov 23, 2024 07:30-17:00 EST
MyPortal website maintenance is scheduled 7:30AM - 5:00PM on Saturday, November 23, 2024, while we transition to newer infrastructure. During this time, the MyPortal UAT and production websites will be unavailable for use.

Scheduled - DIT will perform system maintenance activities on Saturday, November 16, from 6:00AM - 12:00PM on the Production and Test environments of the Galahad system and hosted web services. This maintenance event is a full system save of data that provides us the ability to restore this system and data in the event of a system failure. During this time, the Galahad system and several web portals will be unavailable (review complete list of affected components and services below). Our temporary web servers will be in place during this time to display an ‘Unavailable’ message to users.

Scheduled - Maintenance is scheduled for Saturday, November 16, from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM on the SEAA wireless network. This maintenance event will consist of updating firmware to resolve known bugs, install performance enhancements, and patch security vulnerabilities. During this scheduled maintenance timeframe, the SEAA wireless network will be intermittently unavailable.

Scheduled - Content Navigator system maintenance is scheduled 9:00AM - 12:00PM on Saturday, November 9, 2024, to install important application patches that will resolve known vulnerabilities, bug fixes, and improve application and system performance. During this time, Content Navigator will be unavailable for use.
